Emily Aronow is a Board-Certified Physical Therapist with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT). She finds much satisfaction in caring for patients in need.
Emily works with teen and adult patients of all backgrounds. She commonly treats the following conditions:
- Spine pain, SI joint dysfunction and degenerative disc
- Post-surgical rehabilitation, and pre-surgical “prehab”
- Plantar fascitis
- Car accident injuries, whiplash
- Joint pain from arthritis, patellofemoral syndrome
- Exercise-induced pain, tennis/golfer’s elbow, sprains and strains
Her specialty is in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain, “mystery pain” and nerve pain. She received a Therapeutic Pain Specialist (TPS) certification through the International Spine Pain Institute. Her deep understanding of nerve function and treatment helps patients solve pain problems they have had for years.
Emily is passionate about the patient’s involvement in his or her own health care. To this end, she listens attentively and creates a program tailored to each patient’s goals and lifestyle. By the end of the first visit, the patient will know what is wrong, what medical providers can do about it, and what the patient’s role is in his or her own healing.

Sara Lohmeyer | Bodies On Point
Sara is a graduate of the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Denver, CO, with her MS in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is licenced in acupuncture. Sara has spent her entire life studying the body from being a dancer to a being a pilates instructor to treating patients with acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Sara’s life long goal has been to help people get their health to the most optimum point. Prevention is the best medicine.

You will learn to use various therapy devices such as foam rollers, massage balls, stretching straps, Thera bands, and much more! Full Circle Conditioning
This class is designed to push your cardiovascular workouts to the next level! Whether you’re an athlete, or just looking to burn some extra calories, this class is perfect for you! High Intensity Conditioning is fun, entertaining, motivating, and keeps you sweating for the whole hour. Timed intervals drills are designed to keep you structured and focus. High intensity cardio drills consist of Speed Ladder, Bungee Cords, Agility Cone Drills, Rock Climbing, Kickboxing, Plyometrics, Tabata, Calisthenics and much more! Classes are held Saturdays at 7AM!
