Reformers & Towers
When most people think about Pilates, they associate it with the reformer. It’s a great way to stretch and strengthen every muscle in your body, and so much of it while you are lying down! Sometimes we like to mix it up and change the reformers into towers. Similar to the Cadillac you’ll use pulleys and springs and incorporate some mat work into your workout. Just so you know, any workout in Pilates on any piece of equipment will increase your overall strength without adding bulk. We like the teaching variety and challenging you on all of the different pieces of Pilates equipment. At One, you’ll never have the same workout!
