Good morning! No sugar day 3, how is it going? If you were like me, I gave into temptation and ate the candy that we had at the studio, even though I wouldn’t typically eat that kind of candy. Don’t worry, it is now gone! Question for you today is do you eat sugar because you see it or are you actually craving it? Did you know that SUGAR can create inflammation in your body? (along with the following)

  1. SUGAR
  2. Saturated Fats
  3. Trans Fats
  4. Omega 6 Fatty Acids
  5. Refined Carbohydrates
  6. MSG
  7. Glutein & Casein
  8. Aspartame
  9. Alcohol

Cutting back on foods that promote inflammation, increasing the proportion of fruits and vegetables in your diet, making fish your main protein and getting more omega-3s can make a big difference in your body.

Sam told me to increase my Omega 3 because we have too much Omega 6 in our diets that cause inflamation. Thanks for info!
