A New Beginning

Well into a week of our sugar consciousness, where are you in the rest of your thoughts? With a new day upon us, how do you deal with stress? We have some solutions for you.

Focus on your breathing. (If you don’t know how, we can teach you!)

Take a walk – yes it’s November, but it feels like Spring!

Exercise for at least 20 minutes to get your body moving and shaking.
